This notice covers this website and The Green Room, MTIBTY’s private dashboard for website activity, episodes and connected social channel reports.
Website activity
We record page views and selected interactions with episodes, clips and links to understand which conversations people find useful. Records include the page, event time, episode or content reference, and referral or campaign source. Our Green Room collector stores pseudonymous browser and session identifiers, rather than names or email addresses. Browser storage supports returning-visitor counts; its browser identifier renews after 180 days and its session renews after 30 minutes of inactivity.
The Green Room collector respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control and excludes signed-in administrators and separately marks test visits. Existing clip and episode event reporting is also retained. These are usage measurements, not a request for information about your mental health. Please do not send sensitive personal information through campaign links.
Connected YouTube and Instagram accounts
Only the authorised MTIBTY owner can connect a channel in The Green Room. When approved, the dashboard reads channel identity, public content details, audience totals and the analytics available for that account. YouTube access is read-only: the app does not upload, edit or delete videos, post comments, or manage subscriptions.
We use connected account data to display and update MTIBTY’s private reports. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage in the hosted application database. Reports and connection controls require owner authentication. The site’s hosting and storage services process this information to operate the dashboard; the owner may also access reports through the connected Green Room tool in ChatGPT or Codex. Private channel analytics are not published on the public website.
Google user data is used only for the reporting features described here, not for advertising, sale, or training general-purpose AI models. The Green Room’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Your controls and stored reports
You can disconnect an account on the Green Room Connections page to remove its stored connection token and stop future updates. You can also revoke Google access in your Google Account connections, or use Instagram’s connected-app settings. Disconnecting does not automatically erase previously saved reports and measurements.
Saved measurements and reports remain in the dashboard until removed. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information held by MTIBTY, contact info@mytherapistisbetterthanyours.com. Include enough context to locate the relevant record without sending passwords or access tokens.
Other services
Embedded videos and links to other platforms are operated by those services and are subject to their own privacy practices. You can read Google’s Privacy Policy for YouTube. Contacting us by email shares the information you choose to send and your email address so we can respond.
